UNIVERSITY AND TVET COLLEGE ADMINISTRATORS

Administrator Rights

University and TVET College Managers, who are responsible for the Placement of Graduates and Students, must submit the following Requisition Form to the OLUMS Administrator in order to have their respective Institution ACTIVATED on the Recruitment Portal.


After your Institution had been Activated by the OLUMS Administrator on www.universityportal.co.za or the www.tvetportal.co.za , the following features shall be become activated:

1. VISIBILITY TO EMPLOYERS NATIONALLY

After Activation, your Institution shall become visible to Employers nationally. Employers will be able to Post Job Advertisements, Work Integrated Learning Advertisements and Bursary Advertisements directly to your students and graduates


2. MANAGEMENT OF STUDENT DATABASE

University and TVET College Managers wil be able to manage their Institutions student Database. They will be able to Shortlist Students, Set Interview Schedules Online, View Unplaced and Placed Students and Graduates per qualification, race, gender and disability


3. STUDENT ACTIVATION

After the Institution is activated, Students and Graduates will be able to Register onto the Portal, Complete their Online CV Profile, Download their Professional CV in PDF Format, Upload their Academic Results, Receive Notifications of Jobs and Interview Invitations, Apply online.


4. OLUMS RECRUITMENT APP

Students are able to download the OLUMS RECRUITMENT APP from the Android App Store. The App is interfaced to the University and TVET College Portal


5. OLUMS MESSENGER APP

Students are able to download the OLUMS MESSENGER APP to receive messages and respond to the University and TVET College Managers and Employers
